I need help installing drivers without optical drive

I am new to PC building and i got a MSI motherboard.. In order to install windows 7 I need to have these drivers in order to continue installation.. My question is how do i install it without a optical drive?

Using the Windows USB/DVD Download Tool
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool

Before you run the Download Tool, make sure you have purchased the Windows ISO download from Microsoft Store and downloaded the Windows ISO file to your drive.

I'm not talking about windows I need to get my motherboard drivers on to my pc but I can't because it does not have an optical drive and when I tried copying the media from the disc to a usb from my laptop and inserted it nothing happened it just said I need to get drivers and I went researching and I need to install my mobo drivers
