Hi, I'm getting these intermittent lag spikes and my landlords don't know how to fix it, Bell support isn't very helpful. So help is appreciated.

The spikes happen when I ping the router directly too.

-Bell Fibe plan with the Home Hub 2000 modem/router
-Lenovo ThinkPad W550s, Windows 10 (but it happens to my housemate so I don't think my laptop is the problem)
-Looking at the router page while the lag happens there are:
-4 things connected to 2.4 GHz Wi Fi
-2 things connected to 5 Ghz Wi Fi
-1 thing connected to the Ethernet
-The connection strength is at full bars

The internet is pretty fast between lag spikes.

How can I fix / further troubleshoot this?

Solution
Does it only happen on the wireless or on the ethernet connection also when you ping the router. If it is only wifi it can be very difficult to find random sources of interference.
