I've had my computer for a while now, and it seems that all of a sudden the speed has dropped dramatically. When I was playing CSGO, I would usually sit at around 300-400 fps no worries, but now it struggles to reach 100 after 15 minutes of the computer being on and constantly drops down to single digits. From what I have researched, people have said that it could be a hard drive failure, but I have done an error check on my OS SSD. They also suggested that it could be viruses, but that is not possible considering that I have reformatted my computer with a couple different Operating systems 3 or 4 times, and had the same issue. So I'm lead to believe this is either a CPU or GPU issue? From looking at Hardware Monitor, the clocks on my CPU seem to be very inconsistent, and the temperatures seem quite high, but I am not familiar with what they should be like.
