Sold Game Drive Without Wiping

So this is kind of embarrassing...
I recently sold my custom built PC. As the guy was en route to pick it up, I started wiping using the Windows reset tool. However, as I had Windows installed on a separate SSD and I didn't do the "reset and clean drives" feature, I can only assume that it left my hard drive alone. There's nothing sensitive on there, my only concern is that I can somehow get arrested for illegally distributing steam games (that is where I stored my library). Can this happen?

Solution
Hypothetically, I guess it could happen.

Would it ever actually happen in the 'real world'? Simply, no. The authorities (and Steam, and their lawyers etc) have much more important things to worry about than someone who accidentally sold an HDD with a Steam library on it.

BEsides, I don't believe they could actually use any of the games without your account details anyway.
