For a few days now, I've been experiencing problems accessing some secure sites. Happens with both browsers FF & Chrome. Chrome I have to right click and open with Incognito. For the most part, that works, however today I can't even go to Google Maps. "The owner of www.google.com has configured their website improperly." Now I know this can't be true, so there's something else going on here. Also get this ... "www.google.com uses security technology that is outdated and vulnerable to attack. An attacker could easily reveal information which you thought to be safe."

I see others have this problem too, but none of the suggested fixes so far have worked for me.

Here's something else perculiar. I'm in Australia, and yet I can access Google Maps here, ... maps.google.com.au ... just not maps.google.com. Yet I can access amazon.com. I can also use Google Maps AU to get to USA places. Very strange.

By the way, I am using Windows 10 on an Acer laptop. The problem also exists on my other laptop running Windows 8. Same problem. Any help appreciated.
