Which is best PSU among these?

I am building a mid entry gaming build for my cousin, the only problem we are having is the PSU. He has a tight budget so I decided to get him a g4400 750 ti.

The availabilty of components here in philippines is so limited, you might wonder why i picked some parts that's little more expensive than what is right for budget. every part on the list are in the best price for this build. We are getting these parts from near selected pc store and some will be on online store. I dont want to go on another online store cause it would be much more expensive.
WD blue 500gb and zotac 750 ti (1yr old) are old parts from his bro's old pc. Then the rest will be bought as Bnew.

So here is my problem. We are in dilemma of getting :
Thermaltake Litepower 2 350W APFC Non-Modular Power Supply = $40
Aerocool VX-500 ATX OEM Power Supply = $32
Xigmatek Polima 500W Power Supply = $30

The next better PSU for this rig are:
Antec VP350w = $65
Corsair VS450 = $60 (not worth for price ,tier 4 price of tier 2)
Thermaltake TR2 600W 80Plus-Bronze APFC = $68

So expensive, I am aware that PSU is the heart of PC, Investing a very good PSU saves pc's lifespan, I already checked PSU tier list 2.0.

I might consider getting Thermataker Litepower 350w = $40 since he has
APC UPS 650VA. if its not good idea, i might degrade the build (this is so hard cause of availabilty of parts)
Help me decided if im getting thermaltake or not

any other PSUs are not available here at near local store and online store, or are more expensive than "next better PSU"s I mentioned ($68). I wont get any PSU cheaper than $30

Among these imo the VS will be best bet. You will get 3 years of warranty. Next in quality is the TT TR2. But i have heard enough stories about the TR2 failing that i do not recommend it now, even if the 700w unit got good review from HardwareSecrets.
