My WD Elements hard drive isnt accessible on any laptop. If i erase it, will it work again? Although I admit that is fell a few minutes before screwing up

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the WD Elements external drive. I'd strongly recommend you attempt to plug the HDD using a different USB cable. Unfortunately, dropping the drive might have damaged it physically which is pretty bad. :( Physical damage cannot be fixed and it could lead to corruption of the hardware as well as the data on it.
I'd advise you to check how it appears in Disk management in Windows first. When you plug it in the system, do you see any LED indication that the HDD is powered up? What about the drive presence in Device Manager?
