I'm building a PC for my father for his birthday, just something for him to browse the internet on, nothing special. Long story short, I was able to install windows onto the machine, however when I try to install the drivers for the board (Lan, chipset, ect. The drivers/programs that come loaded onto the disk with the motherboard) and reboot the pc, it will get to the windows start-up animation and then once that loads the screen cuts to black. Prior to loading the drivers this issue didn't occur, and I'm thinking there may either be an issue with the drivers on the disk or an issue with the hardware itself. I've found the most recent Drivers for the board from Gigabyta's site, and when I go back over later I'll be trying to load it up with these drivers to test if it's an issue with the drivers, however I wanted to post here to see if anyone else had any other ideas.
