Finally joining the pc master race but need help

So after a couple of months saving I finally decided to join the glorious pc mustard race , BTW I'm a console peasant, but I'm here for advise and if possible , suggestions and help , so here's the deal , I have a 1800-1900€ budget , I was thinking about a gtx 1070 or even a 1060 but I decided to go with a 1080 and hopefully it will last me a couple of years before the need to upgrade , so here's the specs I could "fit " in my budget but I wanna know if they will work well together and if you guys have a better build for me , games I wanna play :Flight Simulator X(not working on Windows 10) the latest triple aaa games like bf1 gta v , doom etc etc at 1080p or 2k:

There's a few things to consider before making a list...
-Do you want the ability to OC the CPU?
-If your only gaming a i5 is perfect, only get a i7 if you will be streaming as well or doing any video editing.
-@1080P a GTX 1080 is way overkill, even a 1070 is overkill but a much better investment.
-120gb SSD is way too small without a HDD.

By making a few changes you can build a much more balanced gaming build.

The build is a black/white theme build but it can be changed. I also changed the monitor to 1440P/60hz as it better suits the 1070 over the 1080P/60hz monitor and will look better.
