what gpu should i choose a Sapphire Radeon RX 480 8G D5 , Palit GeForce GTX 1060 Dual Fan or Asus Strix GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5 OC

computer specs:
processor : intel core i5 4460
ram : 8gb
psu : corsair cx 500
mb : gigabyte b85m-d3h-a

When to buy the 1060:
-You need to save 30 watts
-Price is at MSRP
-You plan to upgrade again at Volta/Navi (care less about dx12/Vulkan)

When to buy the 480:
-You want to get Freesync
-You plan on keeping the card for a while (care more about dx12/Vulkan)
-The 1060 is too expensive and has less perf/$

I'm on the same situation, my system is different, but in my country i can get a ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 1060 AMP! 6 GB and a XFX RADEON RX 480 BLACK OC BLACK EDITION 8 GB for exactly the same price so i'll probably go for the RX 480 (prob) i mostly play WoW and Overwatch, but want to play Dark Souls 3 and the new Gears of War on PC and the performance on those games do good on the 480, and...
