Things I would do differently

Spend a similar amount on an air cooler, it will perform better.
Get 2x8Gb instead of 4x8gb RAM
Get a modern gpu for better DX12 support such as a 480 or 1060
Get a single 500gb SSD

If you can get it for a similar price Id also go for a Skylake build as the parts will be latest generation and should make future upgrades easier. No meaningful performance increase though.
