gpu: gtx 960 4gb
cpu: athlon 860k 4ghz
ram: 8gb 1600mhz
psu: corsair 430w semi-mod
so on gta 5 i lock my fps to 45 and play on some pretty high settings. because its locked at 45 fps my gpu only uses like 40-60% of its load which is fine but my usage sometimes just drops to like 11% and my fps goes to like 12. it happens on games such as rainbow six siege and gta 5 but never happens on csgo probably as its a light game to run. would reinstalling the drivers help it or is there another option
(btw on R6S my gpu usage is at like the high 90s and is not locked at 45)
