What should I upgrade next?

I don't know which part i should upgrade if i want to increase my fps in certain games.

My spec:
Intel i5 2320
Asus p8h61-m le
Palit GTX 750 StormX 2gb gddr5
Powerlogic 600w psu(cheap brand)
G.skill ripjaws 2x2 gb ddr3 1600

Games i play:
Modded Skyrim(Shaders,ENB,retexture) - i get 15-20 fps with my current build
Fallout 4 Medium 30-50 fps
Dying Light medium 30-50 fps
Arma 3 medium 20-45 fps
Shadow of Mordor medium 30-50 fps

Graphics card, then CPU + Motherboard. You can get a RX 480 4GB / GB for $40 more, or a GTX 1060.

$200 on the 480, $250 on the 1060. If you're on a tighter budget than that, try the RX 470 or 460.
 
Yep, go for a GPU first, but we'll need to know your budget and any upgrade plans as well. If you're going to do a big CPU/MB/RAM upgrade fairly soon, then get the strongest GPU you can now, so you can transfer it over later, if you're sticking with the current i5 for a while the RX480 is a bit slower than the GTX1060, but cheaper. Either will be good on a 60Hz 1080 monitor.

Additional suggestions:
Me, I'd get shot of that cheap PSU, this part is the bedrock of the system and usually overlooked. Cheap parts have, and will continue to kill systems when they fail.
Bring the memory up to 8Gb, it's a dead cheap upgrade and AFAIK modded games like to have plenty of breathing room.
