can a AMD Radeon HD 7450 run on a 280 watt PSU

I am looking for a new graphic card and i wonder if the hd 7450 would run on a 280 watt psu
My specs is a Dell OptiPlex 755dt Intel core 2 duo e6550 3gb ddr2sdram current card is a amd radeon hd 6350.

Depends on the rest of your system. Since the HD7450 does not require an external power connection from the power supply, it will consume at a maximum, 75 watts of power (and likely less) which means the rest of your system needs to be able to run on no more than 205 watts. Depending on your processor, number of disk drives and fans, it may be possible. Please post your system's entire specifications.
