30 fps with low settings and 40 fps with high settings .This thing happen in this week. My drives wasnt up-to-date I updated them they are all last versions now . I unninstalled and re installed graphics card driver and nvidia geforce experience . I turn upper cpu/gpu settings and this problem is only in cs go . I am playing rise of the tomb raider in 50 fps with high settings (maybe medium) . Why is this happening , what should I do ? vsync is off fps_max is 0 (Itried 300) . I tried so many things pls help me.
