i have a G750m from corsair and i want to know if it is capable of providing 28 amps with a single rale pcie connector or at least how many amps each of the rails provide

62A on +12V rail. Should be enough for any single gpu system.

is this enough to power my r9 295x2 it needs to two 28 amp 8 pin connectors ?

i can't afford a new powers supply so i'll have to go with the one i have now will i be looking at fire situations or any other damages to the pc ? and i have i7 6700K with msi Z170A gaming m3 motherboard and 16 gb ram is the power supply enough to power all of this?
