Will This Mini PCI-E Extender Fit?

With the ASRock H77 Pro4-m you can just use the 3rd or 4th slot for the wireless card. That will probably be easier than mounting that extender.

I won't argue about the expense of a new usb adapter, but how do you figure it's less stable or slower? From what I can find, USB 3.0 provides up to 5.0 gigabits per second of throughput, while 802.11ac is 1.3 gigabits per second maximum. If you're getting 130 megabits downstream from your ISP, even USB 2.0 (480 megabits) might be sufficient.
That extender is for x1 PCIe, so a PCIe x16 video card wouldn't even fit in the slot it provides. A wireless adapter is x1 PCIe size generally, so it would probably work, though I have no idea what effect it would have on speeds. Why do you need extenders anyway?

My board only has one Mini PCI-E slot and its right below the PCI-E x16 slot. Because my card takes up two slots, I would need something like this.

Now I understand your question better. Looking at the video card, I'm not sure the extender would fit there. What motherboard do you have that only has one slot besides the video card slot? A wireless adapter will also work in a full-length pci-express slot, and if the other slots are legacy pci slots instead of pci express, there are wireless adapters for those as well. Alternatively, what about a usb wireless adapter?

Edit: for that matter, what case do you have? If it doesn't have any extra expansion slot covers beyond the number of slots on your motherboard, you'll have trouble using that extender even if it would fit under the video card.

I have the NZXT S340 and I don't really understand your second question about the extra expansion covers but my board is the AsRock H77 Pro4-m and I am currently only using the first PCI-E slot. I don't use a usb adapter because I would need to buy a new one which would cost more, it's less stable and it would be slower.
