Seasonic M12II Evo 520 on MSI GTX970 Gaming 4G?

Hello, I am planning to overclock my GPU to at least 15-20% performance, would my PSU can at least handle the load?

Here is my build.

i7 4790 (non-k)
MSI H97M G43
MSI GTX970 Gaming 4G
16GB Kingston HyperX 2x8gb
3 fans, 2 case,1 from Hyper 212X
Seasonic M12II-520EVO
1 SSD, 1 HDD

Yes you will be fine with that psu.

would be very risky to try and overclock with that power supply, i would say get at least a 600w PSU

That PSU is very high quality and his whole system draw is about 400w tops, more than enough room to overclock.

One more thing, I am a bit worried about running the system on full load for about 8 hrs with a break of 1hr , due to playing a marathon of Assassin's Creed Series. Is it okay to do that?
