Shutdown and try again. If possible try another port on the GTX 1060. There is no point plugging your HDMI to the motherboard. It would mean that you are just using the integrated graphics, not your 1060 hence why the drivers will not install.
Make sure you have plugged in all the 6/8 pin pcie slot on the card.
Check that the monitor is directly connected to the 1060's display ports, not the motherboard's.
