Looking for a perfect m2 ssd for my mb

I have two questions..
1. Is my gigabyte 970 gaming motherboard compitable with Kingston HyperX Predator 240GB PCIe Gen2 x4 (M.2) Solid State Drive?
2. I want a cheap silant cpu cooler for my amd fx 8350 cpu.. Which one should i buy?

Looks like the mobo supports M.2 according to the site. But if you use PCI-E it says

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)

* The PCIEX4 slot shares bandwidth with the M2F_10G connector. The PCIEX4 slot will operate at up to x2 mode when a PCIe SSD is installed in the M2F_10G connector. So even if the Predator is x4 it'll only run at x2
