I reset my Acer laptop and it died in the middle of installing windows, I opened it up and fixed the issue but now internet explorer wont load any page but ebay, I really need help on this, I am trying to sell the laptop but cant until its fixed.. I can ping websites through cmd, The laptop is automatically receiving Ip DNS and all that good stuff, Ive tried restarting it, turning off firewall and antivirus, along with turning off windows defender, and troubleshooting where it found a problem but the problem was the problem they found was not found.

If you only just installed Windows, I'd suggest reinstalling it. Faster than trying to troubleshoot.
