I have a really thick desk right now - I'd say about 4 inches thick. It is one of those IKEA ones, this one in particular: http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/40260717/

I have absolutely no clue how a clamp with a max of 2.6 inches is going to attach to my almost 4-inch thick desk. Any ideas anybody? Please?
