I get this error only when i play GTA 5.
I have legit copy and here are my specs
i3 3220,8gb hyperx fury ram, 270x 2gb, gigabyte h61m-s1 mobo. Hope these are enough.
I tried almost everything like setting TdrDelay to 8 and even 10. Tried to reduce ingame graphic settings. Down clocked my GPU clocks. And this still persists. Please help me! :(

This graphics card is supposed to be able to play the game moderately okay...my brother can manage low settings with a GTX 460 SE 1GB card, so it should work for you.

This would be a permissions problem with your copy of Windows rather than a performance issue at this point. One thing to try is setting your account in ful administrator mode if you're on Windows 10 or 8/8.1.

This can be done by following these steps:
1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up the Run command window, then type netplwiz and press Enter.

3. In the Properties menu, there should...

3. In the Properties menu, there should be a tab labelled Group Membership. Click on it, then set it to Administrator. By default it should be set to Standard User.
4. Click on Apply, then click okay and exit the previous window. The computer will ask you to log out and then back in to confirm the changes...this is actually necessary to apply all of the permissions, so go ahead and click yes.
5. Once you've logged out and back into the account, try to launch GTA V again to see if the issue persists. Post back here with the results.
