Some few questions that I can't write up here about GTX 1080 and my CPU

Ok so I invested my last one years (from 2014)savings and brought new mob and CPU(amd fx 4300), PSU(650w) at start of this year
I started saving money again and can afford (big word) 1080 after 6 months from now just like Dark souls 3's beating nameless king at health less than 10%.
I have a 16:9 ratio aspect monitor
So here are the questions I want to ask
1)I want to run latest games and upcoming games at my 16:9 monitor(cause the other 35 inch is our TV) to run at ultra settings will my setup bottleneck the 1080 while running for 16:9
2)I want to try VR as well but have no whatsoever its related to PC any links ?
3) will my cpu bottleneck 1080 for running games like skyrim:legendary edition (fully modded tweaked ) or Fallout 4 (same)
4)What I desire is only ultra high quality graphics but at 16:9 as my gtx 750ti failed but I want a GPU with future proof plan so should I buy 1080 or not ?(not 1080p or 4k considering I will run games on this in future)
P.S. I am teenager that just got out of school after 3 months(don't laugh I am saving die hardly for GPU) so if you are expecting something like Intel processing brain with 10 cores and calling me an idiot I am honored
(Sorry for spelling mistakes thanks in advance)

Adding to my post: in two years, will be a newest card with better performance for same range of money of the previous generation, like GTX 970 and GTX 1060 now, so, maybe you will be in another situation in the future. If you want to enjoy, you don't need the ultimate card like the GTX 1080 is.

Well to be precise I will be using 16:9 ratio for now I will be upgrading later on but not for now(there is a limit that can a teenager goes lol) probably in 2-3 years but I want to use something that will run every game until then smoothly on 16:9 ratio even after 2-3 years continue to run upcoming games.
I will upgrade my CPU.1600x900 that's it for now

I'm not sure which resolution you will jump in the future, but here, GTX 1080 is a overkill, not only for that resolution, but the CPU here will hold it back like hell and maybe, with a cheaper GPU, you can get almost the same FPS than the GTX 1080.

** I would check how much time i will stay with that monitor, and if i would upgrade it in 2 years, mainly because, in 2 years you can get a better card for (less price who knows) that will be sweet for your current (or, why not, new?) resolution.

CPU: Seems to be you want to stay with AMD platform, so, i think we have a trouble here. AMD plataforms at today, are dead road, the best CPU are the 83** series from FX, so, here are your choices: stay with AMD plataform (upgrading the CPU and considerer OverClocking) or jump to intel OR, wait ZEN from AMD.

GPU: Mostly which i said in (**). That resolution a RX 480/RX 470 will do the job (and still may be a overkill the RX 480) can handle that resolution, and you'll be safe if you have in mind upgrading atleast to 1080p if you choice the RX 480. Now, for higher resolutions, you will have troubles and it will be not able to support everygame full-settings.

Depends on you, but don't waste a lot of money in the GTX 1080, because it doesn't worth in your case, save that money and put in a new building or upgrading the cpu atleast.

Hope my post can help you in your choice, but if still have any question, ask!

Lucas.

Not really I will be sticking with AMD I will upgrading it later on as I mentioned in post in 2,3 years I will be going to upgrade my monitor but I want to play at full potential that can a game can offer on a 16:9 monitor with gtx 1080 so the question is will I be able to play like that with help of fx4300 ? AGAIN THE RESOLUTION IS 16:9
And I can buy gtx 1080 only now.... The amount that I will need spend at the same time for monitor and GPU will be in lakh by then so buying one by one is the choice...(I did said I am a teenager my age is 16 lol I can't spend that much money even if I saved up to 100k ! My parents will not let me)
So its now or never cause the Christmas is close

I do know that you need i5 6550k minimum or i7 6350k recommended to run gtx 1080 breaking its sweat. But if I brought RX480 then I will not be able buy any GPU for next 4-5 years ._. So that's why I am aiming for big if my CPU fx4300 can't run 1080 for 16:9 resolution then that's it I will cancel my monitor and save money to buy Intel board processor and 1070....

Depends which game, but maybe not. The CPU is too weak to handle the GTX 1080 so, you will not be able to play at the full potencall that a game which offers to you. Now, you will have a good gameplay. Maybe an OC will help.

But if i'm you, i would pick a lower GPU card, and upgrade your current CPU to an FX 8350 or 8320 atleast.

Its your choice, and your build.

Lucas there will be new cards coming every year and nivdia pulled of something that and can't handle so basically u think I confused all of you guys by my this big sorry so here is the final and main boss question
Will my fx4300 will be able to handle gtx 1080 for the monitor of resolution 1600x900 ? Or will it bottleneck it ?

Through I my self know that fx4300 will not be able handle 1080p gaming or 4k gaming at gtx 1080 and it will be able handle 1600x900 ratio which is kinda low resolution considering 1920x1080 is normal one these days and my fully tweaked skyrim(with weather light and landscape with ultra dragons(lol) runs on high settings with my CPU usage merely 40-50%

And amd will not be able to run 1080 for 4k gaming its hard but the truth you need at least i7 that's it
Brace your money ! Intel and nvidia crossed fingers lol
