In my computer, mouse can't be detected when plug in. Please kindly help me. May I know how can I solve this problem? I have tried with another different mouse. They all can't be detected on computer.

Keyboards work OK? Try different ports? Test the mice on another system to make sure they are good?

If yes to all, go to the Device Manager and remove any HID devices there, reboot, have it detect things again.
