Radeon R7 250 2GB

Solution
You've got a low-end CPU, and a low-end GPU.

So both parts are fairly low-end.

There is ALWAYS a bottleneck so whether it is the CPU or the GPU will depend on the game. (I'm assuming gaming. If not, then your system is fine for basic browsing, office etc)

I suspect the CPU will be the most likely bottlneck for most games, but for some it will be the GPU.

If you want a good gaming system you'd need:

a) better CPU (i5-4590 or better)
b) better GPU (RX-480, GTX1060 or better)

c) at least 8GB system memory (i.e. DDR3 1866MHz C9, 2x4GB)
