How to reinstall a media storage in a flash drive when it was uninstalled in device manager

after accidentally uninstall of media storage in device manager, did someone know how to reinstall it, and what type of software/program to be used to recover the media storage?
Descriptions:
* no media storage inserted...
* no partition detected when using disk management.

In Device Manger, right-click on the computer name and select "scan for hardware changes". Need a bit of details about what you are doing here, are you trying to use a flash drive and it's not detected in the computer? Is it detected in other computers?
