Which Motherboard is better ?

Personally I am a big fan of Asus but have owned boards by all the manufacturers you mentioned. With my asus boards they just tend to last longer is all. so if i had to pick it be asus first then the asrock followed by MSI. As far as the actual boards you picked they are all aimed at the same market segment and should perform roughly the same as far as in game FPS/benchmarks go. Unless one board has a function you need the others don't I'd go with what I mentioned.
