Just turned on my Pc for the first time yesterday (no hdd installed) and after entering the bios, saw that my cpu hit 66 Celsius after 10 minutes (using anterior h20 620 watercooler). So I removed the fan and pump header (they are both joined up to 1 fan header) and put it in another fan header and got about 45 to 47. What is the problem? And why is it still running hot?

What kind of thermal paste did you apply and how did you apply it.
45-47c is even too high. Ideal is 10-15C above ambient and 60-65C under load.
