PC parts choosing, Please help ?

Hi, I want to build a ultra graphics, Old and new games, gaming PC .

But this will be my first custom built PC, So I'm new at this ( I think it's about using my new PC and understanding programing, And other computing stuff, To be a great PC Nerd, Please support me at this point ! ), That's why I need some advices from PC Nerds, And Experts .

So if you had any experiance, Or your friends experiance, Please tell .

But I also want to be as much economy as I can, And get the best quality, And lifetime, But with " economy ", I don't mean I just want the cheapest thing out there, I want the best price, And get the best quality, And lifetime, That good for the rice I will pay .

I want to play modern, And old games in the best graphics settings, At 1080p, With smooth game-play experiance, And light photo, And video editing ( Like little LEGO stop-motions, And
GIMP photo editing ) .

And all the parts will be bought online, ( Ignore shipping costs ) .

If anyone has a gaming PC build, Video, Photo, Text, PCPP ( PC part picker ) page, ...ETC, Please tell / Publish .

So let's start :

First : GPU choosing :
I was really indecisive, When I was close to choose the GPU ( Graphics processing unit ), I was, And still actually, Undecided between three GPUs :

1- GTX 1060 .

2- GTX 970 .

3- GTX 960 .

I chose these three GPUs, Because of the 700 / 800 Dollars gaming PC build reviews, And most of the videos chose one of these three .

And I really try to avoid using AMD's GPUs, Because most of the reviews says that : (" AMD does have a really good price for those who wanna save money, But it's really noisy, And have really short lifetime, But Nvidia's GPUs is really quiet, And cool, With a good long lifetime, But with a little bit of extra price "), For me it's okay to pay a little bit more money to get the best .

But if anyone had any other opinion, Please tell .

Second : CPU choosing :
CPUs ( Central processing unit ), I really trust Intel brand much more than AMD's, Also because of the reviews ( With " trust " word I don't mean AMD's CPUs will break my PC, I mean that Intel ( I think ), Is just better than AMD at modern and old gaming ), But if you have other opinions about AMD, Please tell .

But which CPU should I get, Intel core, i7, i5, i3, Or even skip Intel solutions, And get AMD ?

But, If I chose to buy Intel, Should I pay more money to get " Hyper-Threading ", Does it make that difference, Or not ?

Third : PSU choosing :
Just one question, When choosing the PSU ( Power supply unit ), Is there is any other way to know how many wattage do I need for my PC, Without a PC PSU calculator ?

Fourth : Monitor choosing :
Anyone has any idea what is the best gaming monitor, Under 200 Dollars ?

I saw this one : https://www.asus.com/us/Commercial-Monitors/VN247HP/, Is it good for gaming ?

Fifth : OS choosing :
The sure thing that I will get Windows OS ( Operating system ), But should I get Windows 10, 8, Or 8.1 ?

Solution
CPUs I'd go Intel or wait and see what Zen offers when released. at least an i5 and i7 would be helpful with video, imaging work. PSU will be based on the rest of your components, primarily the CPU and GPU, so need hard decisions on those first. The monitor is a good choice and as far as OS, I'd go Win 10 of those, Win 8/8.1 sucked ;)

Hi, Don't worry about my budget, Because currently I have 600 Dollars, And I'm saving money, I wish to buy a PC between 700 / 800 Dollars ( Full with monitor mouse keyboard all for gaming ) But I didn't build any gaming PC at PCPP under 1000 / 1250 Dollars, Sad thing .
And I live in KSA, That's why I'm going to pay a lot at shipping, so at least I think I need 100 / 200 For shipping from USA to KSA .
Thanks .

Since you want to build a complete machine for at most $800.00 USD you're not going to be able to get a very good gaming machine.

Monitor: $120.00 - $200.00 USD
OS: $90.00 USD
Keyboard: $15.00 USD Minimum
Mouse: $15.00 USD Minimum

That leaves at most $560.00 USD to build your computer.

Thanks " JQB45 ", I knew that since I built a gaming PC in PCPP I saw I can't get a full gaming PC under 1000-USD, But do you think that I can get a great gaming PC for 1300-USD \ 1400-USD ?
Thanks .
