Look, I'm not an idiot and
I've done a lot of builds so don't comment any questions down below I know how to do this. Only thing I need to know is if I have a defective part or I missed something.

Issue: Not posting

Specs//
CPU: Intel core i7 6800k
Motherboard: MSI X99S Krait Edition
CPU cooler: Corsair h110i
Ram: Ballistix 2400mhz DDR4 (2x8gb)
PSU: I use two different ones
PSU/1: LSP Ultra 650w ATX
PSU/2: Corsair RM1000x
GPU: I have 3 but tested 2 different cards
GPU/1 Radeon 4650 1G ATI
GPU/2 XFX R7700 Series

What I did to fix this:
I tried out different parts as well as tested parts in different builds

I tested both powersupplies in different builds as well as use a volt meter to confirm they are drawing the correct power

I tested the ram modules in other systems and double checked they are in the right spot

I bought a brand new CPU, MOBO, and RAM because I thought those were the issues.

Lastly I went down to base zero..
I took my mobo out of my case set it on a static mat on a cardboard box plugged in one stick of ram but in the Radeon ATI card and plugged it into a reliable vga monitor and used different PSU's as well as tried to boot with and without the cooler and I have no clue what's wrong. I check cpu pins and everything looks good. Lmk what you think it is. Thanks..

I uploaded images on my Instagram account for you to view.

Pardon my edit folks but there are some words we will not tolerate in Tom's and that's one of them.

My take is you've tried everything so it has to be an RMA for the board. You didn't mention beeps so I assume there are none - it's just total nothingness?
What are the 4 digits after B in the board's serial number (B1xxx)?

And just a remark: "I've done a lot of builds so don't comment any questions down below I know how to do this"
When looking for help, any help is welcome.
I've hesitated to post because of it.

You can just ignore questions you don't like.

No problem.
My guess is that the board needs a BIOS update. It would be RMA, using a supported CPU, or asking a local pc shop to update the BIOS.

Sorry everyone it's just I've been frustrated because I have spent so much money. I will buy a new board and I'm sure that will fix it. Thank you guys so much for your help and support !!!!

you could try updating Bios by extracting the up to date version of the msi BIOS to an empty fat32 formatted USB stick and power on the board, while the stick is in an USB 2.0 port. could take a while till pc restartsor the flash drive´s led doesn´t blink anymore

well, todays BIOS chips can do more than just post, even crashed BIOS updates can recover if the manufacturer has implemented this feature.

which LEDs are lightning if any? (debug LEDs)

Did you check all RAM slots and not just the one in the picture?

This foil you used under the board, get rid of it. Could shorten the board in several positions.
