Looking for new mobo

looking for a new mobo with only USB, compatible with DDR3, 3.0 and only PCIe 3.o
and hoping for bios function to start up pc with USBkeyboard(just getting triggered by not having that function). and im an Intel fan

just wondering if there exists something close to this.

Btw. I only looked at Asus, since I personally prefer their products, which normally have excellent quality, but of course there are other manufactures with equally good quality.

Norway here, just wondering do the Z97-A have the ability to start up a pc with a usb-keyboard, another question can the sATA express connection be used as 2 normal sATA ports

Yes, it should, because in the Bios there is an option for that:
