You can try this following hack to see if it works for you:

That's the limitation of that specific monitor model. You can't change it. You would have to buy a new monitor that supports a wider FreeSync frequency range and LFC (Low Framerate Compensation) support (e.g. Nixeus NX-VUE24, Viewsonic XG2701 30-144Hz).

i have heard of people modding the display driver and getting wider freesync range with a lot of monitors

i did that and it worked for me i gort down to 40hz before it became unstable so my free sync range is now now 40hz-75hz and with my new 6700k and r9 390 should do just fine keeping it within those margins
