Sorry for asking a confusing question, I am a photographer and not a gamer. Nvidia helped me out, cannot process 4K videos on Nvidia GT 640. Ordered GTX 970 that will fit in my computer with enough power since it is rated for 600W. I also ordered a ASUS PB287Q 4k UHD monitor. I believe I am set to shoot 4K videos on my new camera an process it on my updated computer system.

Yeah, a 970 isn't quite up to 4k 3d graphics level (running it well) but for photographs and videos it should be fine.
