Help me reinstalling Windows 7 (Z97 GAMING 3)

Hello, i have strange problem.... All my years building ,fixing common pc problems this was easy step for me, but now i cant Reinstall windows 7... sounds funny but i cant.

My motherboard is " Z97 GAMING 3 "
I have Windows 7 Working Installation disk.

but i dont know what to do next? My old motherboard was like that, i pressed F2 and i entered the black screen where i can choose CD/DVD RW

on Z97 GAMING 3 i have only

DEL - Bios
F11 - Boot menu which DOEST WORK, i choose CD/DVD pressed enter , and nothing Windows just starts normaly booting up.

What happens when you enter the BIOS and set the boot priority to the CD/DVD drive at startup?

I entered BIOS like 50x times now, IM trying to set the pc to read from CD/DVD but i cant seem to find.

EDIT: How can i change boot priority?? I see there are Boot Priorty but i cant seems to do nothing, this BIOS is so hard ...

Your link doesn't work.

But from the manual: Settings --> Boot --> Boot Option

Here, also there no options like Boot Option

only Boot and thats it.

Its like my pc is ignoring CD/DVD and just starts normaly when i pressing BOOT FROM: CD/DVD RW.
I dont understand..

There is a Boot Option - it's labeled Boot Option #1, #2, #3, etc.

Change Boot Option #1 to the CD/DVD drive...

just trayed,both Nothing... I setted Boot Option 1 : CD/DVD
Boot OPtions 2: SATA HArdrive.

saved changes, Reboot, Pressed F11, and pressed CD/DVD , Enter.. ( NOTHING WINDOWS AGAIN started normaly)

Boot Options 1: [UEFI CD/DVD]

All that, and again nothing Windows just STARTS normaly like, Ignoring the CD/DVD...

i cant get the BLACK SCREEN, of "Windows loading files" ... im so pissed right now almost 2hours passed by i cant reinstalling windows everytime Windows just start normal.

EDIT: When i insert disc , I can see in MyComputer, The Drive, is full and when i open there WIndows 7 Setup, i cicked and run.. BUT there no point Reinstall windows 7 , if im in WINDOWS, because i cant Format my C: Drive and D: drive, its telling me to run Installation disc from start or something like that restart pc and run Installation disc again .

I remember when i writing Windows 7 in disc, i didnt have option "Bootable Disc" i used DEFAULT Windows programm.

Is that the problem??

try to go to M-flash ( Here's a tutorial ) and use one of these

if the first one didnt work try the others

EDIT 1: if it didnt work too, try to use a USB Flash drive instead of cd-disk, its a lot faster and its alot better tho, you must have at least a 8gb flash drive

and use any program to mount the windows setup in the flash drive, i recommend using Rufus:

uncheck the: Check Device For Bad Blocks

the best one i tried was rufus
