Internet suddenly slower

Okay, so it's not extremly slow to prefice this. Usually when I download something, it downloads at about 3-4 Mb/s but now it downloads 1-1,5 Mb/s and I don't know why. Any know fixes is appreciated.

Make sure you have a cat5 Ethernet cord wired directly to your modem then run a speed test at www.speedtest.net while no other network activity is going on then come back and tell me what your download, upload and ping is
