So my friend just built his first PC and everything went smoothly until we booted it up.
All the fans starts spinning, PC Lights turns on and everything. But no monitor display trough the HDMI and no lights to the mouse and keyboard.
Also.. The GPU fans stops spinning from time to time.
What we have tried.
- Cleared CMOS
- Used my GTX 660 instead.
- Re-seated: CPU, GPU, RAM, Only used 1 RAM card at a time.
- Used some other HDMI cables and another screen.
Specs:
Mobo: AM3+ Gigabyte ga-970a-ds3p
CPU: FX6300
GPU: EVGA GTX 960 4GB SSC
RAM: Crucial Ballistic Sport 2x4GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
PSU: 500W XFX XT
Case: Aerocool Xpredator X1
