I am currently in the processor of building a media PC, I got the system dirt cheap for £35 its an LGA 775 with a crappy dual core cpu in and I am putting a lga 771 xeon in it, It only has 2bg and I want to take it to its max of 4gb. It takes DDR2 and I am looking to spend as little as possible basically, I have been looking on ebay and not really been able to find any used 2x2gb sticks of RAM for under £10 however I did find this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-2GB-2G-RAM-DDR2-PC2-5300-... But straight away it just screams dodgy at me considering it is from hong kong, is unbranded and is only £6, For a budget system that will really just be used for video and music playback would this be a logical option for this system or should I just keep away and spend a bit more?
