- So I had this morning where I was smelling some rubbery thingy from my PSU probably,I was worried I closed my PC and took it to the technician/retailer I bought the PSU from. He said there might be the protective rubber of a wire that is making some contact and burning. The smell will go away,he told me,and which did after 4 days. He told me the Coolermaster Offices in Greece re-open after the 20th of August and with the work they'll have you better bring it to me in September. So he told me to take it back and "work it" so I won't stay without a PC for a whole month. He told me it works fine.

- To my surprise it didn't work fine. As when I opened a chrome tab on facebook and another on a youtube or a twitch video/stream it shut down. Tried to open a game, still the same.

Until September that I'll take it for a PSU change as it is within warranty, are there any solutions to this?

Is the PSU the problem or not?

I have a win10 setup with 2 monitors.
ASUS GTX 760 2gb
intel i5-4690k not oc-ed
8gb RAM
PSU: Coolermaster CX750M

I am desperate as I can't do anything on this and I want to see if there's a temporary solution.

Thanks in advance

guessing the PSU is 750W from the name, your components don't seem to be needing anything over 750 so it's not from being overused.
The PSU will be defective as the rest seem to be stable and not OCing makes this more so. If the PC posts (which it does) Then it wouldn't be any other component. Send the PSU back to the company for repair. Hope this helps.
