Hi, I've been gaming on an acer's 18.5" (1366x768) monitor for two years. I've finally decided now is the time to upgrade, but when I tried to find a monitor, the number of options were overwhelming. So I came here to ask for help, I need a good 1920x1080 monitor which should be IPS and around 23 inches, preferably ones with minimal backlight bleeding issues and between 4-5 ms response. The budget I have is around 150$.
