I need to buy a gaming pc.
my budget is 400$ and i don't need an os.
it will only be used for gaming and i want to be able to upgrade it.

over budget, mail in rebates if some one tells you they only have $400 stay under it before rebates. alot of rebates don't get returned due to user error and it takes 6-8 weeks to get the rebate.
