internet strong enough?

I know this isn't about pc's but my cousin has an xbox one and his other brother wants one to. is there internet strong enough for 2 of them? it lags only when the brother that wants an xbox is on his laptop, only when he is loading into battlefield 4 or any other big game. is it playable or both of them to play at the same time online and be 3 or 4 bars on Black ops 3 or rainbow six siege and battlefield?

Your ping is a bit high and speed is not really optimal. Might get a some lag. Why not go test out for yourself in-game?

Internet service provider (the one who gave you internet). Yeah it seems that lots of people connecting decrease performance.

k is it a lot of work to change isp because I don't think they want to pay more for internet. were we live its either crappy internet or okay and decent price or overley priced but good internet. could a new router help. and to test it myself when everyones off what is a good area that will be able to do 2 xbox's because if both are playing they both wont be on laptop and everything just maybe someone watching youtube and facebook

That 1.4meg download speed is going to severely limit any online gaming or anything online besides basic browsing and checking email. And that high Ping is concerning. What speed are you paying for with your internet service provider? And keep in mind that it has to be installed correctly. If you have cable you need RG6 coax feeding the modem and if you use a telco provider you need a twisted pair service wire and a cat5 home run feeding the modem. With a ping that high I believe there's a wiring issue.
