I have the option between these two,
Games I primarily wanna run are Arma 2, 3 and DayZ along with some other 2015-2016 titles.

8gb of Kingston hyper-X ram

80 gb ocz SSD (OS drive) / no secondary storage
cooler master half-x case.

System 1 will run more games then system 2 will by big difference, the evga 670 ftw is much better then the 660ti and will perform a good bit better, definitely the 670 in build 1 will give you noticeable higher FPS

the it 3570k is slightly better then the i7-960 but both are very good, the GTX670 FTW is about equal to a EVGA 960 in benchmarks, therefore you should achieve 60fps+ on almost all games on ultra, the 660 ti is much weaker then the 670, in overall performance, the build one is much better performance and you will have a noticeable higher FPS on all games with build 1. the 670 that is in build 1 is also much better then a 750ti or a 950, there is no need to swap them out, unless you want to achieve 144hz gaming, the 670 should achieve 60fps+ on almost all games Build 1 by a longshot
