MBR or GPT (GUID)?

It doesn't really matter. GPT is good is you want to use Secure boot (Which unless you are using the Annivasary update of Windows 10, secure boot has a flaw that can be easily bypassed but i think you need physical access to the PC) or if you are using a drive bigger than 2TB. otherwise there is no advantage of GPT over MBR. GPT can sometime be a little bit more of a pain to repair a boot loader than MBR but there are programs that do it for you.
