CPU Cooling Question + Overclocking

Hey guys!
I have my computer up and running now, and I just want to make sure my cooling is good enough. I have the Noctua nh-d14. Here are my temps, with i think the air being at ~28 Celsius.

I want to overclock, but I'm not sure on how much I could do. I have an Intel 6700k.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you check the photos, the first is idle, the second is max load.

And I completely miswrote 6700k.

Woops, sorry, was checking on phone, didn't see second image.

I'd be a bit concerned by the massive core temp difference between 2 and 3. Although, this can happen, I usually see maybe 5C tops.

Anyway, looks OK, I'd say you have thermal headroom to overclock,.

I agree that its really different. I am a bit worried that the fans aren't on correctly, or i even put thermal paste on wrong
