Hello everybody. This is my first build and is supposed to be more gaming. I've done a lot of research on PCs and PC hardware, but still am iffy about motherboards and what I should look for in a motherboard. I was just wondering if this is a good motherboard for this build, if not feel free to leave suggestions. I am willing to spend more on it if it would be beneficial. I still have room in my budget. Thanks for your help!

You're spending money in all the wrong places.

1) No need for 3000MHz ram, absolutely zero!
2) $50 for a 120GB V300 SSD is ridiculous, you can get 256GB drives for a tiny bit more
3) Don't skimp out on the PSU, you'll regret it!
4) The modified build below should be quite a bit better in the long run, but if you can spend the extra $20 for an EVGA G2 550W, do it.
