I played minecraft on a very old rig of mine with very high fps, in the hundreds maybe. My friends that have lower systems than me (fx6300) get FPS in the hundreds. For some reason, I get 30-40 fps with everything turned down. I do not know what causes this, I have tried everything from making sure its 64bit java to using optifine, and nothing works. In other games, I get very very good performance on highest settings. Any ideas? If anyone needs pictures or anything, tell me how to post and what to take and I will show. Thanks

What is the CPU usage when running the game?
Also use CPU-Z to see if the CPU is running at full speed.

I am currently using OptiFine 1.10.2 HD U C1, and it is not showing up, also reads as ultra in the menu.
Figured out playing in windowed mode gives me drops to 30-40 fps, but fullscreen is solid 50-60. But why is it locking it at 60fps when I unlocked it to max? Very weird things going on.
