I've been having heating issues with my i5-3570 (no k) it will go all the way up to 105C and 4110 MHz and at just 60 % load.
I was wondering if the Voltage increase was normal since this cpu is suppose to operate @ 3.40GHz.
btw, I did clean off the fan and fins on the heatsink. I thought it worked for a while, the cpu would only go up to 95C while gaming.

Solution
You're hitting thermal limits there. The heatsink needs to be remounted (with new paste), since it's clearly not doing it's job!

Thanks, that did the trick.
i pulled the heatsink and reapplied compound and game temperatures dropped 40C. First time I applied that stuff... whatever intel put on their stock heatsink looked dried and crusty and the pins may have been loose. I certainly had trouble putting that stock heatsink back on.
