My desktop (windows 7) was working fine but I had to move it to another room for a couple of days. When I plugged it back, windows 7 was endlessly loading and i could only enter in safe mode but with no solutions. After trying many things and failing, I've decided to install Ubuntu and everything worked fine.
Then I thought that, maybe, if I would install windows now, things would work fine again. I even installed a different windows — Windows 8.1.
But the problem is there, whenever I restart, it doesn't load completely and I have to use the windows 8 reparation tools to access windows again. Lately it seems that choosing restart (in reparation tools), it works, until i restart it again.
After many tries, it seems that if I turn off the switch in the power, or unplug the power chord, it enters windows in the first attempt.
Can anyone tell me what is the problem?
