I have just bought an SSD and installed my windows on it(win10 x64 pro) and when i enter on csgo(i tried putting it on the ssd also), i have constant 30 fps and when i turn vsync on i have 60.
Before i had my ssd, everything was cool, i had >300 fps in game. If i change something at the resolution, my fps is back to normal. After alt-tabbing, the game si darker. My drivers are up to date and the fps on other games are normal. On Shadow of mordor i have avg 93 fps with a max of 150 fps at full hd resolution and everything maxed(ultra).
My rig :
CPU: i5-6600k
GPU: Saphire r9 390 oc
RAM: 16gb ddr 3 1866 from hyperX
HDD: 1tb
SSD; 120gb
